Many days go by and I forget how important it is for my well-being that I write on my blog. So, tonight is the night I let it all out there and share my wisdom you.
Obviously, I never want you to feel like you are alone in this life, but for your general information. Here’s what I have found to be useful:
How to get through life alone?
First, life is very interesting indeed!
One moment I am happy and the next minute I am sad; and, here is what I found useful for getting through the rough times:
- Prioritizing my day
- Scheduling events
Don’t overlook or let these five items fool you! They are all very powerful, indeed.
I am very fortunate to be alive and to be healthy because so many people go through life with major disabilities.I am truly thankful haveBeen blessedWith a healthy body mind because it is so easy for me to take pity upon myself and always wanting moreWhen I should be happy with what I have right now.
Practicing gratitude has taught me a great deal about the universe and where I fit in all of it.
Days go by an incredibly fast rate and it gets faster and faster as I get older. So, Journaling is interesting to me and it has to help me keep track of where my mind and thoughts are because looking back at my notes any particular day gives me insight into how I was feeling during that time. All of my journal entries encourage me to keep writing because believe it or not, we have to keep track of our thoughts -in order to progress.
Growing up I had a difficult time prioritizing my life my daily events for whatever reason I was not taught to properly prioritize. Now that I’m older I can recognize myself when I get overwhelmed with too many to do list and tasks. What are the tools that have helped me out a lot is keeping it simple? Basically, what I As I write my whole to do the list like any other normal person but at the end of my list I look at it all and I ask myself one very important question:
“If today were the last day my life, What’s the one thing I would want to accomplish on my to-do list?”
For whatever reason, this question motivates me to get real serious about what I’m up during my day.I think you’ll find it beneficial too.In fact Steve JobsAsked himself this question and I know another person who wrote the book the power of one thingAlsoWas thinking along the same lines.
In fact, Steve Jobs asked himself this very same question; well, sort of. He said something along the lines of doing what you love, but I also believe he was a focused man.
There is another book called “THE ONE THING,” which explains this powerful concept further. I highly recommend this book because it basically reinforces the obvious; focus on one thing, and one thing only on your todo list so that everything else is easier or unnecessary. Still a good read.
Recently, I bought a 24-hour daily appointment book planner from Amazon.
The purchase is well worth the cost. The planner provides me great value because I am able to have a time slot for every single hour of the day; which gives me a good look at the whole day.
Have each hour of the day in the planner allows me to get real specific. I can see whats happening every hour of the day.
I know there’s a lot of different planners out there and a lot of them are really good but there’s also a lot of will not suck.So you should choose wisely and pick one that suits your particular situation.
The reason I say that you should get a day planner is that recently I discovered a website called rescue time.com and the site has given me insights into my Internet usage and checks on the applications that I’m using on my computer to give me a better analysis of where I’m spending my time using my computer.
Why is this important?
Rescuetime chrome productivity meter
Rescue Time, in essence, my Savior because now that I know where I’m being productive online and using my computer as been able to schedule these peak hours into my physical day planner and better understand myself when I scheduled these peak performingHoursInto my calendar.
I know this sounds a little complex and you may be on tonight with rescue times keep it simple. All I am doing is figuring out where I am most productive during the day, for example, one o’clock 2 o’clock 3 o’clock and then I translate that into my day planner when I open on my day planner I can see exactly when I should be getting on YouTube or exactly when I should be listening to an audiobook or exactly when I should be working on my website. You get the idea.
Another reason why scheduling events are important is that being punctual is a necessity in and age. So many people are not getting what they need to get done because they’re forgetting appointments and whatnot. Don’t be that person
You have a better shot at getting a job and he shook it interview on time you know what I’m saying.Having a day planner of any time can be super beneficialAnd quite possibly the most importantTools in your toolboxAside fromJournalingAnd practicing gratitude on a daily basis.
The last item I want to mention here is about prayer.
When I am scared to death of anything I pray because it opens me up and helps me through the troubling time in my life.
Your troubles could be anything really…
- something as small as finding a job after college
- help with finding the strength to hit the gym
- advice on handling an addiction
- courage to invest in real estate
Now, I understand a lot of you HAVE DIFFERENT BELIEFS so I am not going to ever try to convince or try to convert anybody in any way!
HOWEVER, I am going to whisper in your ear what I found. I found praying to ANYTHING to be positive in drastically improving my own life. Let’s just leave it at that.
So, I highly recommend you pray to someone, anyone. You can call it God; you can call it the universe, and you can even call it source energy. Basically, call it whatever you want but I recommend praying because we all need someone to talk to, and we all need help getting through this life – because this **** is not easy!
Why is it important to pray?
My advice for you:
- Remember, you are never alone.
- Also, being alone is okay.
- Get to know thyself.
How to live a quality life?
Below, is an interesting and popular video by a super cool dude named Ralph Smart (Infinite Waters) who is on his own personal journey. Ralph has been helping a lot of people on Youtube. His wisdom is worth the listen because he truly cares about his listeners.
I found Ralph through my cousin a few years back and this guy left an impression upon me. He helped me out while I was going through college. I will never forget how impactful all of his videos were for me and my place in the universe. Thank you, Ralph!

- In addition, you can find hope being alone by having faith.
- You can have a relationship with yourself, and with the universe.
Further, do you need a miracle to happen in your life? Praying to source energy (or God) for guidance and help.
How to pray to god for a miracle?
It’s really quite simple.
Personally, I like to get real close and personal by thanking God in my gratitude journal. My whole life turns around when I start thinking about God in this way.
- I thank God for all of my blessings.
- Whatever you believe in, praying to your God will truly turn your life around.
- It’s kind of hard to explain and there’s a lot of other people who can do a better job at it explaining its miracles, however, typically what happens is you start seeing the glass as half-full rather than half-empty.
- By praying, you start to become more content with your current situation; which brings more blessings in your life. You are making room for abundance.
I strongly encourage you to keep a gratitude journal to be thankfulFrom the bottom of your heart really feel the love and blessings that have been given to you in this life.
Lastly, I wish nothing but success for you and your family; and, your friends.
- There is plenty of abundance in our universe.
- Never feel scarcity in your life.
Thank you for reading this blog posts. I hope you found it useful no matter where you are at in life.
