Why is getting up early good for you?

I love to get up early in the morning before the sun comes up because it allows me to get my thoughts together before I meet others. Waking up early in the morning has affected other areas of my life as well.

Without a doubt, I have gained the necessary discipline by waking up early and consistently every morning. No matter how I feel, I get up out of bed because I know the power of good habits are crucial for success.

The benefits of waking up late

Truthfully, there are no benefits to waking up late because you are not preparing yourself for the day. Instead, you are reacting to life rather than being proactive. Initially, i used to wake up right before work started. Now, I am much more satisfied with my day because I get everything done for the sake of my own personal development; early in the morning before I arrive at work.

The benefits of waking up early to study

When I was going to college, I sometimes woke up early. But, it wasn’t until I landed my first career job that I truly saw the power of waking up early before I had to go to work.

All in all, I now know that my time in the morning is precious to me. First, I feel I have won that day because I’d beat the sun before it rises in the morning.

In closing, I highly recommend that you wake up a few hours before you need to go to work in the morning. Because, you will not be prepared for the day properly if you wake up at the last minute and you will stumble around trying to figure out what the plan is for the day.

Be proactive instead of reactive
