A typical application that my work uses to schedule employees is called WhentoWork.com. I think the app makes scheduling:
easy to use
syncs with google calendar
everyone can understand its mechanics
you can access it with your smartphone
you can access it on the desktop
(I’m not too sure about the Tablet; probably)
I can’t say enough good things about this application. If you are in a bind or need someone to trade shifts with you, this program will allow you to trade with your coworkers. It is super flexible. Again, I can’t say enough good things about it.
Why do I recommend this app for business managers?
It makes it easy on your employees who require flexible schedules
It allows the administrator to create schedules quickly based on employee availability
W2W makes it convenient for everyone to view their work schedule on a daily basis
What are the complaints about the application?
I rarely hear complaints from my co-workers about this app. We enjoy using the application. It is easy to figure out and user-friendly. You only need to keep an eye on your schedule every once in a few days, or maybe a couple of days, because your manager might switch your schedule more frequently because it’s relatively easy for managers to make last-minute changes to the schedule.
You bet they do. W2W offers a free 30-day trial. They don’t require a credit card upon signing up for their free trial. They don’t need any personal information when signing up for the free trial. You have nothing to lose with the free trial.
